Jewelplate is a watch repair and restoration workshop located at 12 Mukkala Road, Mai Khao, Thalang, Phuket 83110, Thailand. We operate this website to share information about our services and to allow visitors to contact us. This policy applies to personal information collected through this website and through direct correspondence with the workshop.

We collect only what is reasonably needed to handle enquiries and carry out repair work. This may include:

How long we keep information

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months from the date of last contact. Workshop service records — which may include your name, contact details, and notes on the work completed — are retained for up to five years for the purpose of warranty follow-up and to assist if the same watch is returned for further work. After these periods, records are securely deleted or anonymised.

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure, including access controls on our internal systems. No data transmission over the internet can be stated to be entirely without risk, and we cannot offer an unconditional assurance of security in transit.
